and lounges. In winter, the wood burning slow combustion heater is the focus. It
is easy to light, and the cunningly designed log boxes mean you never have to
step outside to get wood.

When you don’t want to light the combustion heater, the reverse cycle heating/air conditioning heats the whole house in winter, and keeps you cool in summer.
In the lounge room you will find television, DVD player, video player/recorder and sound system. There is a small selection of videos and CDs.
DINING AREA
The
separate dining area seats six, and works well for casual meals or more formal
dining. All the china, cutlery and glassware you will need are provided.
BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms, each with
queen size bed, electric blanket, clock radio, ceiling fan, ample wardrobe space
and garden views. Soft carpeting and curtains and delicate pictures enhance the
sense of peace and seclusion.
For a group of five, the sitting room has a comfortable single bed and can be used as a third bedroom.

VERANDAH & SITTING ROOM
The huge verandah has wonderful garden and bush views. Here you can relax on
comfortable cane chairs and sip a drink, read a book, watch the birdlife – or
just quietly reflect.
There is a table and chairs and an electric barbecue on the verandah for al fresco dining.
On a really cold day you can enjoy the verandah view from the sitting room. Here you will also find books, games, videos, and some of our favourite movie star photos from the family collection from 1930s and 1940s.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for home cooking.
There is an electric stove, fridge, microwave oven, and a big walk in pantry for
storage.
Plunger coffee and a selection of teas is provided.
BATHROOM & LAUNDRY
The bathroom is panelled in western red cedar. It has separate bath and shower. There is a washing machine and dryer in the separate laundry.
CAR PARKING
There is room for one car in the lockup garage, and two more in the carport.
