The following rates are for the whole house (sleeps 4-5).

 

WEEKENDS

2 nights (Friday & Saturday) $425

Additional nights  $165 each additional night

 

MID WEEK

First night $205

Each subsequent night $165

 

WEEKLY RATE $995

 

DEPOSIT 50% when making reservation. Balance is payable on arrival.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If we are able to obtain another booking, there will be no charge. If not, we will retain your deposit if you cancel two weeks or less in advance.

 

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

Check-in is any time from 1.00pm. Check-out is 11.00am. We will be happy to extend these times by arrangement, provided that we do not have another booking that day.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept cash or personal cheques (no credit cards).

 

Please note that Cooinooi is not suitable for children or pets.

 

Cooinnoi is a totally non-smoking establishment.
